Requested info with regards to a Great aunt and Uncle buried at Mt. Greenwood. Barb Flynn got back to me in a short period of time and provided the info I requested along with a map of where they are buried.

My grandparents, aunts and uncles are buried here. The girl in the office helped me find the graves and was very pleasant and caring. The graves some are very old but look well kept.

Office was very helpful with providing the location information for my in-laws. They even offered to take me to the location and when I said I'd try on my own they said to call the office and they'd come out. That's going the extra mile. Grounds were well taken care of. Thank you!

Just wanted to thank Ms. Gianna for her help today. I truly hope she gets the recognition that she deserves. She was just driving through the cemetery in her own car and had stopped to ask me if I needed help finding my loved ones. She quickly got out of out of her car and directed me to my grandparents graves.

She was so quick to want to help, and if it weren't for her. i would've went home and hoped for better luck next time.

All places that care for our family members, need kind and compassionate people like Gianna. I will surely be back to visit more often now.

I recently reached out to Mt. Greenwood Cemetery with a genealogy request, and Barb and Mary were wonderful to work with. They were kind and incredibly helpful in locating the information I needed and showing me where my relative is interred.

What a blessing to have met Barb Flynn. She was kind and responsive. She went above and beyond my expectations and answered questions that my family has not had in over 50 years! Thank you so much for your comfort and dedication.

My parents are buried in a family plot in Mt Greenwood cemetery. As I live out of town, I don’t get to visit the graves as frequently as I would like to. This visit, I found the grass around the flat headstones cleared. This was the first time this had ever happened. I was so pleased. When meeting Annie, a consultant in the office, I learned that the cemetery personnel were responsible for this. I thanked them and told them how pleased I was. Also, in discussing prearrangements with Annie, I found her to be knowledgeable and most helpful. The cemetery has been acquired by the Troost organization. Kudos to this group and their employees.

I called today hoping to locate several family graves and Karen Diaz was amazing. She found every one and send me an email tonight. Thank you so much Karen!
